**PLEASE CHECK THIS 1st POST FOR UPDATES**

**START POINT UPDATE 15.11**

This will be the usual MMM start point which is the Master Brewer Hotel rear car park. The hotel is opposite Hillingdon underground station and is accessed very easily. Map here: http://www.aboutbritain.com/maps/hotel1522-map.asp

From the west (M25/M40) - take the M40 east. After the M25 junction take the first exit AFTER passing under the first bridge. The slip road is signposted "hotel". At the traffic lights the hotel will be on your top left.

From the east (A40 London) - take the A40 west and take the exit towards Hillingdon AFTER the Polish War Memorial. The slip road will take you in front of the hotel within 30 seconds.

Timings (including one or two toilet stops):
09.30 - 10.00 -ish meet for some pre-run banter.
10.00 -ish start.
13.30 - 14.00 finish for lunch and post-run banter.

**LUNCH UPDATE 22.11** - Please let us know of your lunch intentions as we need to know how many people want food - by close of play Wed 23rd please)

Towns on the run should include:

Iver
Slough - in an out as soon as possible
Windsor - wave to the tourists
Ascot
Sunningdale
Bracknell
Maidenhead
Henley

Finishing at a pub for an early Christmas lunch courtesy of Rick (not the cost - just the arranging ) and lots of banter.

Newbies welcome - please note that our runs tend to fairly brisk but we do wait for people who get lost or left behind . Radio's are very handy. Run notes are usually not available
