**START POINT UPDATE 15.11**
This will be the usual MMM start point which is the Master Brewer Hotel rear car park. The hotel is opposite Hillingdon underground station and is accessed very easily. Map here:

From the west (M25/M40) - take the M40 east. After the M25 junction take the first exit
AFTER passing under the first bridge. The slip road is signposted "hotel". At the traffic lights the hotel will be on your top left.
From the east (A40 London) - take the A40 west and take the exit towards Hillingdon
AFTER the Polish War Memorial. The slip road will take you in front of the hotel within 30 seconds.
Timings (including one or two toilet stops):
09.30 - 10.00 -ish meet for some pre-run banter.
10.00 -ish start.
13.30 - 14.00 finish for lunch and post-run banter.
