Sure Rakey, why don't you just come over for this one, and stay until MtM? That sounds like a good solution to me!

I've got notes for a run up the Antrim Coast, it's about 130 miles and will take about 4.5 hours. Beautiful scenary and some fantastic roads...

If that suits..... maybe you'd prefer to head further south, in which case there's route notes for loads of places could speak to Uncle Aiden....

we could do that Alan and stay the night in Derry, I could then organise a route up around Malin Head etc

but its really down to what the guys&girls coming over would like to do/see

Think there's plans for hitting Belfast too, so getting too far from home might not go down too well- I think Jon has the pints (and boys?! ) already lined up at the bar!

But I think we could put together 2 pretty good runs Alan, with the Antrim Coast, and then possibly Up Round Down - it could go right down as far as the mournes etc... though I'm very much open to suggestions

sure the run back to Belfast from Derry is a straight run, shouldn't take that long and then start out the following morning...

Aye, sounds good to me. As you say, it's a straight run down the road when we get to the end of the Coast Run, so that would be ideal for Saturday...

There might be more energy on Saturday as opposed to Sunday too

Absolutely I'd even allow you to sleep beside my old exhaust and spoiler, which currently reside under my bed
