Bulb kit - Halfords - just a generic one will do
Vest - Halfords - don't pay more than a fiver
Sticky onny things Halfords.

Don't go to MINI.

Oh, and one of those european health card thingies, maybe breakdown cover and make sure you have a green card. Most insurance firms include them for free. Just give them a call

Be sure to sample not only the wine and Calvados, but also the Cidre Bouché and the Pommeau, especially the stuff straight from la ferme. And make sure to sample the cheeses, not only Camenbert, but Pont l'Évêque and Livarot too, in their raw milk varieties.

Mon Dieu, I'm envious.

More pics, as promised:

If you make a run North of le Mont-Saint-Michel try to swing up to Cancale and la Pointe du Grouin, a beautiful section of la Côte d'Emeraude.

Saint Malo

and Dinan, a beautifully preserved Medieval city; and the people of Dinan, contrary to the popular stereotype of Bretons as arrogant, belligerent xenphobes, are very friendly and helpful.

I will be with you in spirit. (No pun intended.)
