Now look you two, just stop being flippant about this! Peanut has gone to a lot of trouble over this and so far the results are damned good! We couldn't show Matrog the hats (and no they aren't baseball caps that's Matrog's wishful thinking) because the military style Thunderbird hats are taking a wee bit longer to perfect. But anyhows what with the music from the D-Day landings that we have got you all and the uniforms, then this British Invasion is starting to look like something impressive.

Oh RVW is 22" correct for your inside leg measurement only Peanut will be ever so upset if she gets any of the sizes wrong?

I think you are missing the point. The whole idea of a weekend away is to have a break from the norm - you know do something a bit different!

You turning up as a French maid is hardly doing anything different now is it Darren?

But either way - for God's sake wax those legs!

Two things;

We wont be able to lead on an evening run or meet for dinner as I need to go to a meeting in Birmingham late on D-Day. See you on the boat boys!

Our current planned day trip around the Cherbourg Peninsular might include lunch in a fab castle - 4 courses, 20 euros but I would need to book. Do we want to do this or take sarnies. Getting 18 of us into a eating place on a Saturday or Sunday might be tricky.

That sounds like something special and a bit different. We can have sarnies anytime so my vote goes for booking lunch!

Mini friz - ave a word with Chrisandjax and RVW as I think they will be in Portsmouth in good time.

Andy I think the castle meal is a goer - 16 of us.
