Offline |  Donington Park trackday, Sun 29th Jan Hi all, I'm doing a trackday at Donington tomorrow and I've just realised I need two towing eyes for the event. Needless to say, I've got only one. Would anyone be able to help me out by coming along to lend me theirs? The day starts with a safety briefing at 8:30am(!), but I doubt we'll be out on track before 9am. If you could help me out here, I would really appreciate it! Thanks, Mal.  P.S. Actually, I'm quite surprised by this requirement. This is my 5th trackday and it's the first time I've been told anything about towing eyes. Still, last thing I want is to turn up and be told I can't go out on track!  |

Offline | D'oh! Actually, scratch that - I don't think I've got ANY towing eyes. I was thinking of the one that came with my previous car (a Puma). Damn! I'm really pushing my luck now. If you know of anywhere that I might be able to get hold of a pair at seriously short notice, that would be a great help. Fingers crossed they just don't bother checking (or let me off)... Mal.  |
