Hi i normally use mini2mini and thought i would post this up in here aswell my dealership is planning a world record of cars in a convoy all details are on this link:

Also after cars have been through the 2 miles stretch cars will return to the racecourse for fair, fun and games with russ swift also on show.

Hi just an update on this event, Chester city council are delaying this event for one reason or another so unfortunately it wont be 2nd april and more like sometime in may I will keep updating when i hear more

I'm a bit confused here, I thought the world record for a convoy of the same marque cars was in excess of 600 Triumph sports cars at the international Triumph Spitfire weekend in Arcen Holland in 1988.

How do I know this, well , my Triumph GT6 was one of the cars in the convoy driven on said convoy by me!

I guess the record that is being attempted in this post is a UK record and not a world record?

I even have a piccie of my car on a later version of the same convoy and the rally plaque from the event enclosed below....

Not that I would want to stand in the way of anything raising money for a charity but.......
