| Cheers Mikey - Superb weekend........... i'll email you our pixx once i get my grubby hands on the memory card...... my highlights have to be - confusing Ian's tent with its basement valet parking and 3 floors as the camp penthouse hotel - watching a fruity RedUn fall over lots on football and teach little kids his own brand of RedUn expletives - covering myself and Fishtail in LPG whilst Windy was sat there smoking ![]() - getting high and deafened by the generator EVERY night ![]() - watching peoples faces as I sat eating bacon, sausage, egg, musgrooms, beenz and fried bread on sunday morning...... Oh and some MINI things too !!!!! Roll on Lakes 2007 Math xxx Mathmos_Man is provided as a free item to readers for their personal use, and may not be resold or copied for distribution. | Thanks Mikey for organising a great weekend. Great setting, great weather, great people and some fantastic cars. This was my first run since buying my MINI a few weeks ago. Had to attend on my own after I lost my navigator to work commitments earlier in the week but was made to feel welcome by all. Probably met more people as a result of being there alone. At this point I would like to thank 'kitten 341636', 'master of kitten', 'chrisandjax', 'heather P' and Andy for taking me under their wing and making it a very memorable experience. Hope you all made it back home safely. Will be back next year. Thanks all. Simon |

Even tho we only did the sunday run, we meet some great people and are looking forward to next year.As allways in the Lakes the weather was lovely. My girls would like more water splashes next time please Hubby has asked me to tell you that if you would like any help with setting or recce-ing the route next year, he would be happy to help. As we live locally and he has experience of running road rallies. |

| Many thanks Mikey for another excellent weekend. The Sunday run was particularly enjoyable and amusing - 20 minis stopping in Stavley, just because Andy needed the loo!!! Was great to meet some new friends, we seemed to pick peolpe up everytime we stopped on Sunday. Many thanks to those who joined us for lunch at the bottom of the Hardnott Pass, very enjoyable. Look forward to seeing the pics on the kodak website (could you please let us have some detialed info on how to access these as I have struggled to find the pics from last year.) Hope you have dried out after the first water splash Mikey. Thanks once again and good luck for your new arrival (not the new Cooper S)! |
