Supposed to be spending the weekend up there anyway so I'll definitely be at this, and might get the GP to it if its all ready in time.

Do we need to fill in an entry form or anything for this?

There is an entry form but AFAIK you can just turn up on the day. I think that's what happened last year anyway.

Oh and this year's theme for the Saturday night run is "Star Wars" so expect some dodgy looking stormtrooper outfits etc. to be on show!

Make sure you come over and say hi.

Got the Star wars theme sorted out

I heard a rumour from a classic owner that you do have to send an entry form prior to the event?

My neighbour has two classics and a new cooper, she's just shown me her entry form. Think the star wars theme has been taken a little to literally on the flyer!!

I quote:

"A long time ago in a galaxy far far away, there is unrest in the Galactic Cafes as Ice Cream supplies dwindle to an all time low.

A search of several hundred solar systems in the Universe has revealed that all good Ice Cream is made in Portrush.

Under the leadership of Gareth McVarder, a small task force has been dispatched to Earth to retrieve a quantity of this special Ice Cream.
Armagh Planetarium has calculated that the Earth and Death Star will be in conjunction on Saturday evening 26th August, thereby making it easier and more likely for McVarder to invade.

With only a limited number of Jedi Knights and them all totally committed to maintaining peace and order in other parts of the Galaxy there is no Jedi available to defend Earth.

Step forward Nelly Skywalker who wrote the book "Big Dummys Guide for Jedis" and Mini Owners attending 47th Birthday celebrations on the North Coast.

Yur needed at Bushmills, lets give them a lickin"

Should be a giggle anyway!
