Myself and the other half have been planning a Mini run, but not the average mini run.

we plan to travel across Europe, I'm not going to let out to much detail at the moment as we want to see what intrest there is.

The Run will be for charity
and we will have support by a Major New MINI Specialist. ( sponsor of MINI2 )

we are going to keeps cost down no entry fee or anything like that just pay for your fun as you would on a normal run. and hopefully we can raise some money for charity to.

if you love to drive your Mini, This may be the run of a lifetime.

So can i ask for peoples intrest? and comments?

i must stress this is totally a non profit event , but i would like to get something on the cars with MINI2.com on it, also some MINI2 Sponcers and others have offered to pay the charitys £X for each non permenent sticker you attach to your car. MINI2 can you sort something out so we can advertise MINI2.com you dont have to give to anyone just be nice to get you up there.

I want as many people jo joint this adventure as possible its going to be fantastic fun and a chance of a lifetime. iv been planning this for a year now and its something i have always wanted to do. the fact that I’m going to do It in a MINI with fellow Mini owners rising money for charity this makes it truly a rewarding holiday for us all.

we have 4 company’s now backing this event and giving money direct to the charity’s stated.

i would really appreciate people posting there interest along with any ideas of suggested routes and advice. I want everyone to be able to attend this run so we are all paying our own way no huge money involved. we are looking at a Hotel Chain to accommodate us all on our long journey. we have a rough route planned but i will conform very shortly

if we get enough people we will divide up into teams so diffrent parts of the UK can all meet in one place so i will need some people to come forward to become a team leader? anyone up for the task.

we have confirmed that a vinyl company will help us out with car numbers
we have a designer designing a whole corporate image for the run, it was free so why not!

we are talking to the SUN newspaper there is lots to plan and to get on with ...

i think I'm gonna have to give a cut off point a month or two before the event to get you all ready

at this point there is no limit to the amount of people being able to join us. only thing we may suggest is that we allow over 18's only.

MINIMANIA UK are going to help us out with pre run checks etc but i will give you more info as i get it.
