Well Buttons has had a sheep association thing going in the past

I reckon the Sheep were involved in the Buttonit tyre slashing incident, 2 kamikaze sheep lay in wait by the roadside and ripped his rubber as he went past

. Then having their quarry stranded miles from anywhere they had him at their mercy and were gathering for a mass onslaught as he slept in his stranded vehicle.

Luckily he decided to leg it to safety before they attached, but had he not...............................................

That's quality, just brightened up a crappy crappy few days. I've been given a Kia Picanto

while they asses any damage to the Saab, and now I've got to drive the thing all the way to Staffs and back tomorrow

That, on top of a load of other stuff, has left me just about ready to cry

As we had to go over to Carlisle today we decided we'd go back to the spot at Wrynose Pass where we released the ducks in memory of Ruthie in July and see if the two little ones were still in the wall where Derek put them - and they were!!!

This was Derek putting Jack and Jill and a couple of small ducks into place in July, when of course the stream was fairly calm, although he did get wet feet

This was the weather today, and even though he'd brought his wellies, Derek didn't fancy wading across the water

But here they are, still safely in place in the wall

As well as finding the ducks, Will was looking out for the 'killer pothole' that cost ButtonIt two flat tyres

Hopefully they won't disappear, unless the wall collapses

They're small enough that you don't see them unless you're specifically looking so hopefully no one will spot them and pinch them

I texted everyone who I had a number for who was there, but I'm not sure all the texts went as the signal is very hit and miss up there
