South Downs Weekender 20th -22nd July 2007 UPDATE WITH RUN NOTES
Hi everybody, hope your all Good.
Well we're back for our 4th year
As we have had such success over the last 3 years it would be rude not to organise another one for you all, It will be pretty much the same set-up as last year (if it's not broke don't fix it).
We will be Camping at the Chichester campsite for 2 nights, having a fun run (a bit less lunch though ) and a great BBQ on the sat night.
Camping The campsite can be found in Chichester just off the A27, we have used this campsite for 2 years now and is very easy to find, a very nice site and perfect for us as there is plenty of room. Below is the address, phone no. and website. You can book by phone or by popping in and seeing them. When booking Quote MINI2 The Campsite is £20 per Tent Max. 4 people, so the more you can get in your tent the better
Hotel The Hotel will be the Premier Travel Inn in Chichster ( For those who refuse to Camp ) Premier Travel Inn Website
Saturday Run The run will start at 11.30am with people staring to meet at 10.30 at a Goodwood Car park just near the race course with soem excellent views. Then have a run around the great british country side ranging from fast open long roads to single track roads though the trees. We will have a 30min stop at the Goodwood Motor Circuit at 1pm followed by a short hour run in the afternoon hoping to finish the run at the Campsite at around 3pm giving us plenty of time for relaxing and BBQing.
