Right then last yr a few of us NorthWesterners did this out of the blue and we found that London there and back in a day, a few £1,000,000 worth of cars lots of women and a few stars well worth the lack of sleep and a full tank of fuel ..

we will be travelling down the M6 / M1 straight down into London, parking in the outskirts then jumping on the tube to the center of the city.. then heading for Pall Mall..

and others will be going down the M11 / M25 into the big city

Right folks..

Ive given two choices for hotels as one is £20 cheaper than the other, but also closer to a tube station if you dont fancy a long drunken walk.. the choice is yours

Those travelling from the NW will no doubt be leaving around the same time and travelling down together.. I will find out times and place on the first post on the thread so incase anyone who wants to join can do so..

::Saturday::

We will just be driving down or jumping on a train depending on how your doing it...

Checking in to the hotel(s) then meeting up for lunch and some shopping / sightseeing

::Sat Night::
We could head on into the city for a few drinks and some banter..

We will either leave the cars at the hotel if possible or I can scout out a parking lot for the day before hand then catch the tube into the city and head for Pall Mall



Those heading down on the Sunday your better off Parking on the outskirts and catching the tube into the city as parking and traffic will be better for you. If you need any help on where to park let me know..

We will be heading to the Underground Car park of the Gumball Hotel for some High Octane Fuel Sniffing

then grabbing a bite to eat at some location and then onto the start line for a fight with the crowds

** this year I have been told that they are errecting a stand for people so to get a better view of it all as they are expecting double the folk of last yr... **





If you just post up and let me know if your coming on the Sat or Sun then at leat we wont leave anyone behind..

28th April: Launch party at the Trocadero. The street in front is closed, red carpet, supercars on display etc. This is pretty close to Leicester square, so there should be a lot of people.

29th April: 12 Midday all cars in position on Pall Mall for car display, 4pm rally start! Big Gantry on Pall Mall, similar position as last year but much
bigger and better!

MINI aren't short of a few bob, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Failing that, Mini2 has 43,664 members, if everyone chipped in a quid we're there.
