This is the day AFTER Jons Top Gear day so anyone keen for a nippy cross country blat can join in.

New Maniacs welcome. The Maniacs format is simple - follow the leader and bring radios, there are no run notes

. The runs tend to be fairly nippy, there is usually some mayhem on the day as people occasionally get split up but we have never lost anyone (permanently

) yet.

The runs are always huge fun because of the above. If you're unsure about joining in do a search for other MMM runs and see the after run photo's and comments

.

Unless anyone has an alternative the proposed route will take in the following towns/villages:

Hillingdon
Harefield
Iver (for the ford

)
Denham
Gerrards Cross
The Chalfonts
Beaconsfield
Burnham (for the fantastic Burnham Beeches section).
And maybe pop over to Windsor too to wave to the tourists.

Start at 10.00am - finish at 1.00pm-ish.

As always new attendees will be made to feel welcome

Meeting point is the rear car park here - it's easy to get to from Central London and the M25 and M40:

OK everyone - as many people can't make it and it's getting fairly close to the event (and I also have something exciting happening over the weekend) the event is cancelled. Sorry Inga

If someone wants to arrange a new date for a run please go ahead
