Rock FM wont do anything coz they only link to there own charity "Help A Local Child".

Afternoon,

We're up to 155 Minis as of today so it's looking pretty good at the moment.

We've contacted local commerical radio but the general repsonse is that because it is a BBC Charity they won't touch it. However Alison was on Radio Lancashire the other day giving it a big plug. We've emailed all the other BBC stations (Radio 1/ Radio 2) with details but with the amount of stuff they're doing nationally i'm not sure they'd have chance to cover it.

We have the booked the local press for the night and photographer.

We are hoping to get North West Tonight to cover it as that is the BBC but i'm led to believe that they recently covered an event at Williams Rochdale.

We'll keep you posted!

@Woodmans team - have you been asking peeps when the sign up where they heard about it? Might be useful to identify where the most 'hits' have come from? Your cards, here, us flyering, press, TV...

Right guys, I've been asked by Alison to post this seeing as though shes a technophobe

We will need everyone to arrive at the dealership between 18:30 - 19:30.
The police will be blocking off the required roads for us to do the convoy shortly before 20:00.
We are leaving at 20:00 sharp!

We currently have 160 MINI's signed up so we need an extra big push from everyone, including all of us on here!
