| wow... looks like i'm doing alright then... sat nav says 54 miles - nowt compared to coming up from london!!!! i'll be joining the M6 just before the thelwall viaduct (lymm junction 20) so if people were up for meeting here there's at least gonna be me and one other mini there, if not we will join up further along... | Just sent e-mails to Blackburn, Burnley, Chorley, Bradford, Leeds, York, Huddersfield evening newspapers with flyer hopefully get some response, Come On Go For It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  |

| :I just had a call from Alison (she just happens to be my MINI sales person  ) and my car is due at Woodmans either tomorrow or Wednesday!!Which means that I will definitely be able to collect my MINI on the 28th and join everyone in the record attempt. She also mentioned that the numbers have grown to 215 now! Fingers crossed everyone attends & drives slowly and we will have the record in the bag!!   |

| Yes it is great but we should not rest on our laurels. The higher the number the longer the record will stand for! Come on peeps we need your granny and your cat - anyone with a licence to drive (oh and a MINI of course... then again if you do not have a MINI ... BUY one like I'm doing!   !!) |
