Morning Folks,

The Police have requested that we set off on the convoy at 8.00pm. However if we intend to smash the record that's a massive number of MINIs to snake around our site in preparation for setting off!

What we are thinking of doing is staggering peoples arrival times so that we can park everyone in place and we don't have 200+ MINI's turning up at the same time!

But as an estimate i'd say we'd need people to arrive from 6.30pm onwards.
