Milton Keynes Run - 1st of July 2007

Milton Keynes Run Sunday the 1st of July 2007!!!!

I'm organising a run starting and ending at the Caldecotte Arms.
MK7 8HP (MAP)

Format for the day will be meeting at the Caldecotte Arms for a chat between 10.00am - 10.30am. Aiming to start the run at 10.45am.

The route will then go on some beautiful country roads around Milton Keynes allready done the route and it was great took just over 3 and a half hours to do and was around 100 miles.

Then after the run we will end up back at the Caldecotte Arms and can have a bite to eat and drink (soft drink for the drivers )




Run notes will be handed out at the start.

Yea we will be stopping half way, i have a few places in mind and will look for a good one when i drive the route , I will be driving the whole route this weekend or early next week and i will let you know total distance and time

Booked time off work now so all's good

just did the run with minimike7 and it was great
It is around 100 miles and took about 3 and a half hours.
We have also found plenty of good places to stop along the way.
cars with sports supension will find this fun
I will be posting the pace notes within the week.
