Cant wait! Just got my GTT air filter this mornin too so cant wait to try it out, £205 so hope its worth it!

the mini challenge racein starts at 9.00 the parade lap ( record atempt ) is in the brake 12.50-13.05 it finishes at 18.00 so what time would you like to leave to go down allowin 2,1/2 hours to get there and mess is in the sticks so will take him 45-50 mins to get to darlington area

example:
meet scotch corner sevices for 7.15am
leave services 7.30am
there for 10.00am

all times are a guess may take less maybe more

I'm really chuffed that my car managed to elude cameras all day. - Didn't realise how minging it was until I washed it yesterday and left a tide mark of muck on the ground

the route is A1-till doncaster M18-till M1-j24-A50-A453 donnington pk on the left there is signs all over so even delly cud find it

if yor wondering why that route take it from me thats the quikest been down it many times there wasnt sat-nav when i was a lad

mess why 5am washing yor hair like

if the old ball n chains coming you have to wake her up when we get there

and theres now racein round track just a slow convoy so get the drivin gloves out

vigilantes washed the car

itll snow now

p.s there is loads of minis from yorkshire goin down so might see a big convoy

It would be this early for me but i think i may plan ahead this time as 5am is bloomin early even for me lol..

Im gunna wash the car the night before in the dark (Neighbours will think what the hell), pre iron all clothes and pack the car with some stuff of some sort.

Not sure if my women is comin yet i doubt it but then when she'l be stuck in on her own for the day she'l soon relise and say okay then!

Mess i doubt we'l get a proper run around the track its just gunna be a granny run around, which is makin me think this is a hell of alot of driving there and back for 15 mins on a track but what the hell its only expensive fuel lol

It wont be far off a tant and a half of fuel, possibly more

My Car is going to get valetted through the week. Hopefully friday, so by the time we get there, there should be a nice splattering of flys and wasps and what ever else all over the car

I no my car is bad on fuel but a tank and half for 300 mile round trip??

well i guess you are abit further north than me lol! ill get it on a tank i think well hope so!

Ill get 350 on the motorway for a tank but only around 220 in towns!

Im not sure if ill be meeting you lot at scotch corner as it maybe easier for me just to go straight on the A19 and if 1 of you has ya hands free kits on ill ring yas and catch up with yas on the A1.
