*************** UPDATE Feb 11th*******************

Sorry everyone but due to business commitments I'm going to have to re-schedule this to later in the year - will put the feelers out for another Picnic in the Lakes again followed by a run maybe July/August.

It's time to start planning again.

One major change though:

It will be on a Saturday - this will allow those who are interested in partying/clubbing afterwards to head over to Popey's nightclub where he will arrange VIP passes for everyone (cheers Dave

). Then you don't have to worry about getting up early the next day

.

Keep an eye on this front page for updates.

Start time: 10.30 (hopefully from Derek Woodman Mini again if that's ok Alison

).
Around 5 - 7 hours of beautiful scenery interspersed with a lunch stop and a few photo opps.

The plan is to head towards Cumbria to include some fabulous roads around the Lakes this time and yes, that might just include the Wrynose and Hardknott Passes.

If anyone needs help with accommodation or can help with recommendations please post.

BTW - the run will be nippy
