you want picking up on the way there Annie? Or meet en route? BGJ may be convoying up too.

Talking of convoys... is anyone coming down the A65 toward Skipton - I could join you as you pass through Long Preston if you let me know what time?

Looks like I'm going to have to pull out of this one guys.

The Cooper's gearbox started to feel strange this evening. Being a Midland box (the first one on the car too) I don't want to risk it so close to trade-in on the Cooper S. I may be paranoid over nothing but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Pat, I'll donate the costs for whatever fuel I would have used on top of my planned donation

Would depend who is passing by Nottingham and who would be able to get me back there on Sunday evening.

More likely that I'll just skip this run. There will be plenty more in the new car.

Thanks mate.

I'm also heading up the M1, so will be driving past you Kev Let me know if you need a ride.

Probably be passing Nottingham late Saturday morning, and coming back down Sunday after the run.

Just how many people do you think we can fit comfortably in the MINI?

Comfortably? Two.

Out of necessity? More.

Hence the reason I was asking Spuudd what his plans were.

(it's as close to planning as you are gonna get from me, so don't complain, eh? In fact, I'd not go as far as planning , but more of a "theory")

its a sequence of events that may or may not occur, & may not in fact be sequenced.

is that vague enough?
