Online | Hello Scott I was going to start our regular meetings again on Sunday 2nd March, but there's a couple of the bigger runs around then [8th TG run, 16th Hats Dales Run]. Be interested to see if anyone still fancies one then, or whether people would rather delay them until April? Can't really do one in Feb as I've got a bit on, plus an injury that may rule me out of some of the more spirited driving .Alex |

Online | Got to admit that was the main attraction of the run. Once I saw the bit about people being turfed off for driving too fast I stopped reading... It's an airfield man! Does someone stand there with a radar gun checking what speeds the planes are going up the runway? And I bet James May isn't there so I wouldn't be able to trade fashion tips with him. "So James, tucking checked shirt into trousers? Tell me more about it..." |

Online | A Cooper D looks more appealing week by week! Would be interested to know if anyone actually gets the 70mpg they claim is possible. If they knock the VAT off in Aprils budget, and if I have a new job by then, I might take the plunge. Tractor power! Anyway, multimap reckons 6 hours to Dunsfold from Newcastle. start: Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne And Wear, England, NE1 7 via: end: GU6 8TB total distance: km ( miles) total distance: 312.46 miles (502.86 km) est. duration: 5 hour(s), 54 minute(s) |
