With regards to the Exchange, having spoke to the Manager over the weekend unfortunatly they cannot take a booking for a large party, however what they are going to do for us is put us on the waiting list earlier that evening say around 6ish, that way they can give us an estimated time when our table would be ready, hope that's ok with everyone

Any thoughts on the Evenings entertainment, a pub, nightclub, live music etc??

Sounds like a plan JP. With regards after the meal, we could just play it by ear and see how the mood takes us, for either some, or all of the above

Suzann & I decided to do the Sunday run again yesterday with the sun baking down and there is some amazing roads Only 1 section with a few potholes which we'll have to take care at but the rest is fairly decent tarmac, some great hairpins and views that are truley stunning, heres hoping we get a day like yesterday Heres some teaser pics for the Sunday run...................I have some route notes aswell, i'll type them up but they could be a mess

Here we go - a rough idea of the route for Saturday

Which reminds me that anyone with a Garmin Nuvi that can accept uploaded routes can get a copy of the run for the day from me to save you following paper notes. I'll have it finalised early next week.

Oh and also - there are very few petrol stations in the middle of the Sperrins! We are off the beaten track for most of the day so it would be a good idea to fill up before arriving at DP.

Again, looks brilliant Niall

For the Luddites amongst us (me) what all do we (I) need to be able to upload the map?

Well, If you have a copy of Garmin's Mapsource software then it can upload quite easily into the memory of the satnav. On mine I can also just copy over a file in GPX format direct to the correct directory on the satnav when it is connected with the USB lead. Depends on the exact unit if it will work or not but should be worth a try. I'll find out more tonight about which models it should work on.
