| SUMMER FUN, RUN, BBQ 23rd August 2008 - CANCELLED The EssexMINI2 Charity Run, BBQ and Disco! Dont miss the event of the year! All proceeds to go to Great Ormond Street Childrens Hospital The fun starts here : Langford and Ulting Village Hall 11 Ulting Lane, Maldon, Essex, CM9 6QB The run will start at approx 12.30 (exact details will be added soon) and takes in some of Essex's lovely countryside and twisty roads! There will be a stop for lunch .. , then back.. For those that wish to stay, there is a Hotel right next door and room cost £ 55 for a double room £60 for a triple room £25 for a basic single £40 for en~suite this is for B*B The Millhouse Hotel,Maldon Road, Langford, Essex, CM9 4SS Tel : 01621 841518 The BBQ will start at approximately 6 O'clock alongside the Dj, who will play the best tunes in Essex till 11.30! Bring your own bottle/s There will be a raffle, with prizes kindly donated from at present : Cooper MINI Chelmsford : A MINI Fridge Chapel Hill garage Braintree : A FREE MOT 20% off Autologic tune up DNA Valeting : A summer/show or protection detail 50% off a Full Exterior Detail (MINI only) 1 Tub Dodo Juice Wax (Dark car) 1 Tub Dodo juice wax (light car) The cost of the ticket is £10 per adult, £5 per child ( includes BBQ)childrens soft drinks are free of charge This is a non profit making event with all proceeds going directly to Great Ormond Street.. | muhaha! i've been on here a while, just never posted much Yes lots of Kopperberg, that wicked MINI fridge must hold a few bottles of pear cider?! Maybe the prize could be a fridge full of pear cider!! (i'll have that please). Only reason Keryna is coming is for the Pinot! (and the company obviously!) Can non MINI owners come? like MGB owners (my old man!)? |

| Just bumping this again! This will be EssexMini2's first big event and we'd all like to make it a success! There are some great prizes to be won in the raffle and it'll be a fantastic social atmosphere! We aim to raise as much money as possible for Great Ormand Street and hope this becomes a big event in the Mini calendar. So if you're free on the 23rd August come down and join the fun  |
