Mini Challenge 2008 Croft 14/15th June

I just wont give up will I?

Well its Croft time again and as the Challenge is giving Oulton a Miss this is a chance for us folk that live in the north to get to a circuit without a 200 mile drive or as the Mini Challenge website puts it..

"
Perhaps the only drawback is the fact that it's a bit of a trek but if you happen to live in the North West, then you're very lucky indeed. Besides it's probably not as far as you think and it's well worth the effort for soft southerners."

So Croft anyone?

Well for anyone not going to the lakes this weekend at least the roads should be quiet as there wont be any petrol to be had.
Might as well use your last gallon doing something fun!

I just discovered after reading my programe at lunchtime today that the first hundred "Hot Hatches" got free stuff from Dunlop on Saturday and a parade lap in celebration of the "Hot Hatch" wonder why they gave stuff to Mini Classic owners then?

There was some serious negotiating going on as the fluids were still draining from the bent radiators. The steward was trying to do a damage report and the Mechanics kept lifting the bonnet to asses how bent the car was he was not best pleased.
Posted a picture of the other car must have missed when uploading.

Forster Motorsport normally keep their cars on the south coast. Unless they've changed for this year.
