O8 Ring Run JULY 2008

Peeps,
It is time for me to make my annual pilgrimage to the mighty Ring
Nürburgring* - *home
and drive round and round in circles, look at row upon row of GT3s and GTRs, drink Bitburger and eat Schnitzel.

I'm thinking of a short trip this year;

Drive Out on Saturday 19th July
Drive the Ring on Sunday 20th ( - Ring open 08:00 to 19:30)
Drive the Ring Monday 21st (Ring open 13:00 to 19:30)
Comeback on Tuesday 22nd.

I like to use Speed Ferries as they are pretty cheap and fast.

i may be interested, but i would have to meet you out there as i would get the euro tunnel out first thing saturday and come back last thing sunday night. Only as its the week after Le mans oh and if i do it that way its only 40 quid + petrol and a night in a hotel. Still got some laps left on my ticket

good one is 5 -6 th of august when i am going, its DTM weekend on the main track so is busy in the area, but 2 full days around the ring

check on bridgetogantry thats the best calender on the net. althogh dates can change up to a week previous to the scheduled day as i found out beginning of the month

we ar enow looking at going out in JULY.

Seems there is no Saturady track time on the 19th July, but there is a full day Sunday and 13:00 to 19:30 on Monday.

Hopefully it will be nice and quiet.
