Nottinghamshire Mini Clubs' first run and pub meet - Saturday 21st June 2008

We are happy to announce the clubs first run and pub meet on Saturday 21st June 2008

With this being the first event we are planning a small run and pub meet & meal in one event, this will give the causal or new members the chance to try a MINI run for perhaps the first time or maybe the more experienced fan a run with a new club.

If you'd prefer just the run or just the pub meet thats fine, we're trying to cram a bit of everything into one afternoon with vairous parts appealing to some more than others.

The current plan is:

• 12.30 - Meeting at the at Dog and Duck for a drink (and food if you wish)
• 13.30 - 15.00 Set off on a quick run (time will be confirmed within the next week, if we are likely to have food it will be nearer to 3pm)
• 15.30-16:00 Back to pub - a chance to discuss the run and meet up with anybody who couldn't make it earlier. (again some people may also have food at this point)

We realise the timings are quite varied at the moment, we'll narrow that down nearer the time once we know what people prefer - we'd like to fit it around the majority of people, rather than set times now.
