Northern Ireland Rolling Road Day ?

Ok so after looking into this I have some proposed details.

Saturday morning 11th October 2008 at East Coast Customs Lisburn

To get a decent discount on the price and to have some fun I thought about a "cross community" event so I am proposing a joint event between BMWs, MINIs and Minis.

Normal cost is £50 per car, if we can have more than 10 cars East Coast Customs have agreed to drop the price to £35 per car
( If we get enough folks interested to run this I will be looking a deposit, we can sort this out later)

I am happy to go and book this but 'm going to want a £15 deposit from everyone, cause if you don't show and the numbers dip below 10, then it costs everyone else £50 and not £35.

Nothing is book/finalised yet and as there are only 6 names its going to be £50 each :unsure:

I will try some other rolling road operators to see if we can get a cheaper price.

what about AI Autosport in randalstown, heard their good. Dont know if they would be any cheaper but might be worth a try

Ok I tried a few places and the only one who gave me a sensible response was Ai Autosport in Randalstown ( thanks for the idea to try them Simon)

Ai Autosport are available on the 11th October
Prices will be dependant on numbers that turn up.

1-5 cars will be £50 each
6-9 cars will be £40 each
10+ cars will be £35 each

So it will be worth our while to get as many folks to turn up (so its cheaper and for a bit of craic)

no probs mate, mite take a run up to have a look on the day. No point in me doing a run tho seein as its standard
