Hi!! Had a great day! Good to finally meet people that I have only spoke with on here! Shame that the weather wasn't better, but I believe that we have Gristy to blame for that!

both teams would like to say a massive thank you to everybody that came today and joined in the procession, some of you came a fair distance and it was very much appreciated - we had a fantastic day even though the weather wasn't brill (I'm blaming Ollie actually cos it wasn't too bad til he turned up )

it was a great turn out for our final fund raiser before we set off, this time in 8 weeks, we will be in Calais starting our adventure I'd also like to say a massive thank you to the Red Bull girls that came along, you were great fun today, it looked like you enjoyed yourselves as much as the rest of us and thank you for choosing the winner of the Best MINI too well done Nick

the 3rd thanks, and biggest of them all, goes to Worthing Rotary Club and John Rogers (the carnival committee chair) for inviting us along - we had a brilliant reception from all the bystanders and managed to raise at least another £50 towards our fundraising which was fantastic

I have looooads of pics to post, so I'll sort them all out and get them up asap for you all

Excellent!! Glad that you raised some more money! There certainly seemed to be some interest!

Nope the weather didn't put me off, although I am glad that it didn't rain more!! I wouldn't have been impressed if my nice clean shiny car had got all dirty on the journey down! If it had then Jon wouldn't have been given my detailer!! Yes it was good speaking to you too finally!
