Well we are all back in one piece apart from my car.

Had a little spin and visit in to the barrier, the car is fine to drive thankgod and is now home getting stripped tomorrow

The weekend was very very busy and ther was ALOT of motorbike smashes with a near fatal one on monday. its going to cost me around £1000 to put the car right again.

Just glad me and Andy are ok and the car drove off the track to save on tow costs and the time to get towed home

Sorry to hear you damaged your car.

I was there but could not reach the entrance because of the many track closures and traffic around the circuit. It was even too far to walk from where I parked my car.

Nope, that's from someone else I know by the way.

I was with the Cabrio because the Electric Blue needs a new clutch.
That was unfortunate because I have just put some Recaros Pole Positions and a Wiechers rollcage in.

Was good to meet you at the ring last saturday all be it briefly. I did have a quick look for you later as wanted a closer look at your cars but too many people to find you.
Sorry to see the damage to your car, is it just panels etc or is there hidden damage.

Sorry to read about the damage Scotty, and shame I didn't get to meet up with any of you over the weekend. I think I might have spotted some of you packed up in Adenau just after the track had closed at the end of Sunday.

I only managed to get round the track twice. Once as a passenger in a 911 GT3 RS, and then in the back seat of the Omega we'd travelled down in just before the track closed on the Sunday. In fact we were the last car to make it round.

I don't know if anyone is interested so long after the trip but a mate of mine takes photos of cars on the ring , just got back at the weekend, were a few MCS I saw on there but not so many.

Heres a few pics from when the trip was in May.

The Saturday

The Sunday

Thats about all I could see just scanning through. Anyone recognise themselves. I'll have a word with him about discount if anyone finds themself on the site. Its all sorted by days so you should find yourself, he's there most days.

If you were at the ring this last weekend I might have some of my pics on his site too.

Anyway, thats it for now. PM me for a discount code. It was awesome going back there even if I flew over and couldn't do any laps. If anyone does go. Gimme a shout, I am planning on going a few times a year now I got back there. If you've never been go now, before its absolutely swamped with people. Looks like they are building a massive "attraction" around the track near Adenau. It was heaving last weekend.

keep an eye out for me when you go, as i go loads,

Been 5 times this year, ( which is less than it should have been due to illness and purchase of a new house). However i am back out there on the 18th September for 3 days, and again 2nd week in October as my mate is racing in the VLN. Then back there in november for the closign parties, and the week long touristfarthen
