Okay folks, after the last Pennines run in December OSJ and myself are proposing the pennines run 2. Again starting in Holmfirth and driving the regions twistier roads.

The date will be the 6th April which means that there is one run a month up in the north of england during March April and May.

We can come Easter weekend or week after but not Sunday 13th April as Martin is in Isle of Man for the weekend !!!

Would love to be there again as the first Pennine run was excellent.

i'm up for this. just a thought - if it goes ahead at easter why not make it monday? on the downside easter traffic will be horrible - damn tourists!

At last I can log on! Still not from my own PC though.
As you know, Anna and myself are up for this and have a few new twisties in mind!
As regards the 20th April. I think this is gonna' hit the Holmfirth Folk Festival..........a fate worse than death!
Colliding with Morris Dancers is messy.
How about earlier in April, maybe the 6th ??

I'm fairly new to all this message board stuff and my Mini is even newer (just over 2 weeks). Interested in the run but i dont want to feel a total girl in a boys world, are there gonna be any other female mini owners there?

Come along the more the merrier, its all about having fun and driving the car. One (no pun intended!) thing about the mini is the diversity of the owners. We are from all walks of life, im pretty sure you wont feel out of place, you do own a MINI after all!!!!!!

Thanks for VCD of last years event, looking forward to this one.

Just a thought, we are speaking to local dealers and they are mailshotting their customers who may not be aware of Mini2. I thought that you may wish to send me a flyer which we can give outon the morning of our run, might get some more you just don't know.
