Thumbs up Chiltern Run - from the Organisers

I'm sure the others will post shortly but I'd like to thank everyone who made the effort to come on the Chilterns Run and make it the great event we had hoped it would be.

The sight of so many MINIs in one place was awesome. It was pretty chaotic at times but hey when you have yhat many cars it's bound to be, and it's part of the fun of course

Special mentions - you all deserve one really but ....

To Aiden and Alan (Bonnie Scotland) who made such a long journey to join us Southerners.

To Paul M for all the mini2.com stickers that mysteriously appeared over the lunch break

To Leece and mate for those cool t-shirts

Tons of photos are being posted and they look great. Hope everyone who came along had as much fun as we did.

Thanks everyone for making it a great MINI Adventure

A BIG THANK YOU...

to everyone who made it yesterday despite of the touch and go weather
It's you that make the MINI2 runs so great, so thanks for all your enthusiasm and good spirits

I hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did and looking at the pictures everyone had a great time.

It was good meeting many new faces and seeing the regulars again
I'm sorry if I didn't get to say hello to all of you individually, but as you may have guessed it was a huge meet!

This run has now really wetted my appetite and I canm't wait until the next one.

Thanks again everyone

Martin

p.s. we mustn't forget to thank Mr Mullett who without MINI2.com we wouldn't be able to organise such an enjoyable weekend

Sorry I had to dash off before the Pub finish, but it was brilliant fun, and so nice to see so many MINI2 folk together 'for real' instead of online.

Thanks everyone who joined us.

I counted 64 MINIs out of the expected 93 turned up for the meet, plus at least 3 others who joined us on the day.

I had a fantastic time, and please, could someone wipe the grin off my face?

Errrrrr Guys......
Can we stay on topic please

CAN WE MAKE A PUBLIC APOLOGY???

The "committee" would like to apologies for the "slight" error in the pace notes for the very first instruction regarding the first set of mini-roundabouts
The notes were a tad short on description - whoops

It still doesn't explain why some of you turned left out of the carpark though
