I just got back from the LA auto show. They had 5 MINI's, 2 Coopers and 3 S. Of the s models they had , 1 grey with luxury package, 1 yellow/black with sport package, 1 red/white with sport package. They could not give pricing. I think that will be announced in Detroit in a few days.
A few comments I overheard, "But what will you do with it", "I wonder about reliability. British arn't known for building good cars"(Sorry they said it I didn't), and many, many times, "They are so cute".
I have some pictures, but it was hard to get close the cars with all the people in the booth.
