United-Kingdom BBQ Arrangement for MK Run and BBQ

Hello to those coming to MK Run and BBQ

I am starting this thread so that the BBQ side to things can be kept separate from the main thread.

I shall be putting up a page on Apple's site about what I am going to make, and shall put a link in here once it is done.

Please, if you have any special dietary requests/requirements, then please let me know, either by posting in this thread or PM/E-mail me, as soon as possible please!

I am already aware of the following:

Plain food for the likes of M.2 and R50
Need to include Lamb for non-beef/pork eaters
Vegeterians (need to know numbers)

Cost per adult = 5 GBP per person (pay on the day please)

Children under 12 can eat for free

The cost includes items from the BBQ, side dishes, and desserts. Some soft drinks will be provided, however, you may wish to bring some along just in case

TTFN, more later

You coming on the run, or just for the food?

You're names not on the list on the MK Run thread at the moment, I take it you want in (before the 50 fills).

Hi DK,
My diet requirements are easy, no special needs.

I will gladly pay my fiver on the day and also make a donation to MINI2.

Great!

BTW, I believe we should avoid all talks about collecting for MINI2 on the day of the run, based on past experience

Paul???
