Any one else intend to attend the next round of the John Cooper Challenge (England -UK) in France on the 19/20 July next month.

The circuit lays about 50 miles south of Calais, due east from Le Touquet on the N39 between Hesdin and St Pol-sur-Ternois.

P&O ferries are offering a special day return deal of £23 for car and up to 5 passengers.

Go to Dover/Calais - red hot deals - day trip + free wine £23.
I have booked myself, son and daughter on the 07.00 from Dover on the 20th and return the same day on the 19.15.
It makes a long day but I am sure it is well worth a day out, if its to be anything like Castle Coombe.
Investigated a two day return on the ferry or tunnel but cheapest price was £135 return.
The only thing is, it appears two races for the JCC are being held that day (yet to be confirmed)and shall expect to miss the first race if held at 9.45.

Any one else up for this.

Oh well!!!
Myself and son were the only sad cases to attend the meeting.
You all missed a great day out. It was a very hot day.
Very easy to get to the track. Took just under an hour from Calais.
Turned out to be more of a Formula MINI Cooper Stock Car Race. No one came away without visiting the panel beaters and body shop this week. (Two JCC races were held, one for the championship, the other for prizes)
