I'm keeping a spreadsheet on those who are on the list on post #1. There is a column on this spreadsheet that lists who has already responded to Plan C, and whether they wanna eat at the pub or not.

I told the pub that I would get back to them by the middle of next week (ie Wednesday 17th September). If I have half take up by then, then I'll go ahead and book the pub, and put the deposit on a card. This will "fix" the number eating at the pub. I personally think we are probably near the limit, as we currently have 43 ppl....of whom 41 (subject to confirmation) will be eating at the pub. So let's say the list is now closed, for ppl wishing to eat at the pub!

How many parking spaces I think will be easier to sort, as the pub are planning to "rope" off an area of their car park. I think this can be left until nearer the day. If there are additional cars over what we currently have (27), then these should be easily accomodated!

Okey Dokey Folks,

I've updated the taker's for this run on Post #1.

I've currently got confirmed, 15 people out of the total of 43, down to eat at the pub we are planning to use as a base.

I need at least another 8 people to confirm their wish to use the pub as a venue, for me to commit to booking, and paying a deposit. Don't worry about sending me cash, I'll claim it back on the day!

If anyone else wishes to join us, that'll be fine....but you'll have to make our own arrangements for food, as I will have to commint to firm numbers, when I make the reservation.

Oaky Dokey Folks......

Out of the 50 ppl who have expressed an interest in this run, I have had responses from 28, of whom 23 wish to eat at the pub.......I'm gonna book the pub during Thursday 18th Sept, as a base for the run, with parking for 30ish cars, although if anyone wants to join us nearer the day, I don't think it'll be a problem to expand on numbers for parking. (Just a bit more rope I think!).

I've gotta commit money (£5 per head) to secure our booking, and as such I can only make a booking for food, for those who have confirmed they will be joining us.

If you wanna eat at the pub, with a guaranteed table, please let me know tonite....or you may miss out. (There may be room on the 11th.....but being a Sat things may be getting a bit hectic by then!)

Branston's in the process of converting her "Lakes" website into a "Blackpool" website.....I will post details, when it's ready....(thanx Branston......u r star!)

Just working on a route from Charnock Richard Services thru 'pool to the pub....will post when ready....
