This car truly is quite a find. It has gone through more extensive mods than most. I took the ideas and style from my favorite American car manufacturer and combined them into the latest European technology. Extensive body modifications with the installation of a quality cast iron lump in the bonnet. None of those newfangled discs for me, I went to the tried and true drums. Tossed out the DSC, LSD, THC, PCP and decided to drive by the seat of my pants. 4 speed tranny put in, no need for 6 if you're not going to use them. Major weight savings with the installatiion of bias-ply tires. Heated seats? Nah, I'm hot enough as it is. No need to overcook.

A real head turner, most people tend to look away as I drives by.

Here's a shot with his design team, the forerunners of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. Why they transposed the modifiers I do not know.

Spots are simle enough to fit once you've fitted a set 1.5 hours max now l've done 3 sets

Got in tonight and a message on the phone asking me to call Yes Car credit rang them up and it appears that an idiot that l used to know who moved away from here 3 years ago has bought a car and l assume defaulted on the loan, gave them my number as a contact..this is the third company who he's done this with and given my name

Data protection act is great.......they ring me, l say l know nothing and would like to contact him........act prevents them from divulging his address or phone number, marvelous.

Don't think I'll bother trying for a loan for a Spitfire.

Just heard that we're all under a 28 day consultation period at work, and at the end of that there will be up to 20 less staff than there is now. That's just put the tin hat on the christmas preparations.

I just bought a set of the Hella FF200 comets. No idea how they're gonna fit yet though. Might have to fabricate some kind of bracket to hold them steady behind the grill. I only had a quick look at them last night and probably won't be able to have a proper look till late next week.

They look pretty though, and the wiring shouldn't be too much of a problem.
