i am knackered!!!!

rowed like a maniac today, wore 5 layers so i was really hot but my hands were numb on the handle, i took my hands off it at the end and couldn't straighten my fingers...

times go up on the website tonight, hopefully we did well but we'll have to wait and see, we were catching the crew that went off 30 secs before us so fingers crossed

and my shoulder doesn't hurt toooooo much!!

off out for a curry in a few mins, dressed as a fallen angel
