Hunting's great - Sellings hard. Too much competition and been talking to everyone round here and nobodys getting any viewings - buyers all holding off waiting to see if there's a crash...

Got someone over on Saturday who have sold their house and need to find somewhere quick, so that sounds hopeful.

Bad timing though, there's a new kitchen arriving in a weeks time for me to start fitting, so I'll have to tell her she can have the new kitchen if she wants the house, but it's in boxes in the garage!

Thinking about renting a house up there for a few months if there's nothing brill on offer straight away.

We're in the process of selling our gaf and had many pffers but i can't accept anything less than 3k of the asking price

The new place will have to have garage, space for one car at the least and enough driveway space for my friends to come round. Ok, for my other eBay buys .. better to get there before that expensive Brush

it's not an easy process and i've accumulated plenty of grey hairs I really want a detached now
