Birmingham Gathering 30/11/03

Hi peeps

Following alot of discussion in the Birmingham Cruise thread we are hopefully getting a meet together for the 30 November 2003 (Sunday Night) time to be confirmed!!

We may have a little run first too, starting somewhere in central Brum and heading out to the Bassetts Pole pub on the A38 just North of Birmingham.

Anyone interested please post below.

Right then we are meeting at the Staples Store on Rocky Lane at Aston Cross Roundabout in Birmingham it is close to the Aston Expressway if you pan out on the map you can see more of the local area, map link below.

Meeting at 12.00 for a 12.30 start. Shopuld give those of you (Rakey and I!!! ) chance to recover from whatever drinking gets done on Saturday night!!!!!! Doing a short run, about an hour and 15mins ish and then to the Bassests Pole for about 2:00pm for drinks, food and a chat!!

I will post the route notes tomorrow. Its not complicated and you should be able to follow the leader (me) all the way round

Count me it, as I'm 90% certain I'll be there. It's a trek from MK to Brum, but I keep missing MK events (working in London) and I know Brum fairly well (I'm originally from Tamworth, but keep that bit secret...)

Can't guarantee that I won't burn out another clutch! You'll have to wait and see. Maybe I could make it my (expensive) party trick.
Looking forward to actually meeting you at the Birmingham meet (might turn up 2 a Leics one yet).

I'd be up for a short blast through Birmingham, just have to buy some locking wheel nuts and a stun gun to ward off the maniacal Brummies. Not really, they're lovely.....just a bit crazy from all that smog.

Us Brummies are lovely, and the smog is great, makes us appreciate the fresh air more!!
