England Cumbria Meet!!!!!!

i have been reading through the meets and the destinations of them.and then i rememebered that cumbria has actually got a lot of mini owners considering the size of the county and the fact that we only have two authorised mini dealers in cumbria. At the premiere of the italian job in carlisle there must have been about 50-60 minis there.
Anyway getting to the point of this thread i was wondering how many members on here were from cumbria. and i thought that we may be able if there are enough of us and arrange to do a cruise somewhere.

well we will just have to see how it goes as it seems that no-one else thinks that north west shud include cumbria in there meets.

glad to see someone has replied-one thing i noticed when we attended our recent italian job thingy was that about 80% of the peeps there where over 40. This may be a problem as not many of them are gonna even know this exists. but hopefully we can organise soemt or arrange to go on one of the larger runs together in our lil group!lol

Hi

I'd be up for a meet if something's happening - any excuse to take the car around the Lakes

Just a thought, why not arrange a meet and run Stage 1 of the Coast to Coast which we did in September. Everyone who did the run liked the stage (it was planned by LeeH and Boreel) We'd love to come but it looks like we could be busy in the new year, work and the Heartbeat Run.

I organised the C2C and I was suggesting that you used the route we used, therefore you get a route that 23 peeps enjoyed and all the notes are correct and easy to follow

MancJimmy, where in Carlisle are you.
At last someone else from Carlisle, I thought I was the only one from the grim north talking on here.
I live at Morton and I`ve been posting threads on here for about a year now.
Me and the wife went on the Great Northern Run on June 1st this year and had a great time.
We were meant to go on the CtoC in Sept, but I`m coaching an U14s footy team, so it kinda put the mockers on it, but we`re hoping to get on more runs soon..... if commitments allow.
Anyway we were at the Italian Job, parked down at Matalan. we had the Silver/Black Cooper (Stop Drooling) then, but have just got a DS/B MCS last Friday from Lloyds.
Anyways, if you fancy a run about sometime, let us know.

Dark Silver/Black MCS (Carlisle) - Now Stopped Drooling..............Now sitting in Lloyds MINI very cherished dept!!

Minnie Mouse is all that is left.......

It aint as fast as your s but i am planning on getting the looks sorted first then getting the one-click chip thingy. I needed to keep my insurance down anyway and as i see it it aint how fast the car is it is how good the driver makes it look. you agree!?
