Please please let it be the 30th, Im going crazy having gone this long without a meet.

I think most people are still okay with the 30th. Has anyone heard from Applejack lately does anyone know if he can make the meet.

See you all on saturday. Will we go to the Exchange or try somewhere else in the TC!

No chance of the date changing now, we're too close. If people can't make this weekend, they'll have to come to the NEXT Meet

How many meets would people like on a regular basis?
1 per month?
1 every 6 weeks?
1 every 2 Months.

Also.. would people rather negotiate the dates as we currently do or have a calendar drawn up to give you time to arrange your availabilty if you want (or Need

) to attend??

Re your question on fixed dates etc I think it'll have to be a group vote really or you being regional group thingy you could decide.
I personally think there are good points and bad points to both. If it's at a set date throughout the year say the last saturday night of the month then everyone knows where they stand and can plan accordingly. But if you don't have a set date there can be a lot more flexability ie the Dodgers and Neo not being able to make a meet so the date being altered etc. But this can cause a long delay in between meetings as we have had lately (or at least it feels it!

).
Would it not be possible to have a set calendar but with flexability as in if enough people can't make it then the meeting is moved.

Either way I'll try and get to most.
I think it's one of those things everyone will need to sit down and discuss. I'd like to do it on chat but I can't get on.

I know this is a different subject but could MINIMARK or NEO bring some touch up paint for the black bit next to the windscreen you know the column that supports the roof I can't think of the name right now.

Hi Guys,

Hope you are all well.Sorry i haven't posted here for a while but as you can all imagine it's the busiest time of the year. Unfortunately I can't make this one as my parents are coming up this weekend!!! We are also moving into our new showroom!!! Talk about all things coming at once.
