Milton Keynes Festive Fun Lunchtime Run

OK, Thursday 18th is now fully confirmed. We will meet at the same meeting point for the Darkness Run Paul recently held, at 12.30pm

The start point is at the services on the A422 between Old Stratford and Buckingham. At this location is a petrol station, The Shires Motel, and the Thai Villager restaurant. Postcode: MK19 6JU.

Click here for a map . The meeting point is marked 'Hotel' on the map shown, you can of course pan out from there for a better overview. It is close to the A5 coming from Milton Keynes (from the South) and Toweceter (from the North) and near the A508/A421.

Attendees

Soggy
Punkeyfunky
Rakey
ABG
Paul Mullett
mini mad
Cassie

Yes!

I'm in a teleconference with the boss now, and he just agreed that I can work from home on the 18th, and you are all witnesses!

I live in MK, so I won't have far to go...

I can meet you at the m/way if you need to know where you are going.

Good idea - let's hope this one makes it this time.
Having said that I'll be a definite, cast-iron, count-on-me maybe.
Depending on pre-Xmas prep and MINI availability I could easily be there.

Nah, I came to the Birmingham gathering because...

- I'm originally from Tamworth
- My Mrs is from Lichfield
- I know the area we went to
- I missed the Cotswolds run
- I missed various lunchtime runs
- I missed the darkness run

I can probably make it 2 hours instead of 1 if the rest of you are up for it?

Paul - did you want to use the route planned for the last one that never happened, though that was the Darkness Run I think.

I can come up with something a little different.

1 hour or two folks? I should be able to do either?

Cheers Paul

I'd suggest if possible doing a 2 hour but with a stop point mid-way allowing for anyone limited to an hour to bail out at that point

Sounds good.

Is that two hours my driving, or two hours 'normal' driving?
