Factory Tour - Friday 23rd April (aka The St Georges Day Tour !!) Anyone up for a Factory Tour on 23rd April at 09:15hrs ? Please sign up below if you are ! " 30 People Maximum. Details: Meet - Works Car Park 09.00hrs http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.c...00&coordsys=gb The main North South road is the Cowley By-Pass (Oxford RIng Road) which is easily accessible from the A34 below and above Oxford. The car park is opposite Pony Road on the right hand side of the Horspath/Oxford Road on the map above. Park at the top of the car park by the Gate 7 entrance, the visitor center is in front of you behind the bus-stop. If anyone has any problems finding the car park then you can ring me on the day (07767 458151) Maps from Mini are scanned and now located here: http://atschool.eduweb.co.uk/brownie/oxford1.jpg http://atschool.eduweb.co.uk/brownie/oxford2.jpg Children under 14 and people with pacemakers are not allowed to go on the tour for safety reasons. No Cameras inc Camera Phones. The tour lasts around 2.30hrs and will first visit the Information Center. The tour will then visit "Body In White" and the Assembly Halls. There is a charge of £3 each, £2 of which is put back into improving the tour and £1 of which goes to a charity supported by MINI called Whizz-Kidz who provide mobility solutions to children in the UK who have mobility challenging disabilities. | Hi there, just wanted to put my name down for the factory tour, Michelle (the Mrs !!) is coming too. It's my birthday on the 23rd I'm hoping that Michelle will order me a cooper s then she can have the cooper........ Now that would be a birthday to remember. |
