Hello fellow mini2ers,
In the last year i've tried to go on as many runs as i could, so that one day i would know how to organise one. Well that day has now arrived, well im going to have a go anyway

Evening Entertainment
The evening will begin at The Nags Head in Chichester where we will all meet and have a few drinks i suggest a time of 6 - 6.30pm, this will be easy for the people staying there and for anyone else who would care to join us. When everyone is there we can decide on what people want to eat (if you want to eat, im not going to force you ) and so on.
We dont want everyone getting to drunk cos were all driving the next and i'll need someone sober to carry me home

Hotel
I've picked a hotel in Chichester town centre, it's called The Nags Head. I've heard some good things about it and i have also eatern there a few times. The rooms start at £40 on-line, I do have to point out that there is a cancelation fee of £10 on-line. For more info or to book by phone I have included the number below as well as a web address. Please bear in mind that Glorious Gooodwood starts on the monday after so the hotels around the area may start to fill up, at the moment the Nags the Nags still has 7 rooms left, the only people to book so far have mini2ers, cool, we have the whole place to our-selves so far.

The Meet Point
We're meeting at Sainsburys car park between 9.30 and 10.30am, there is a petrol station which should be open (they said it will be anyway) for anyone who needs fuel or food.
I have put a map at the bottom of this post for anyone who might need it.

The Run
We'll be leaving the car park at 10.30am, this will take us up though Goodwood and will have a good mixture of roads until it brings us back past the start point to Oving for lunch.
Lunch is at the Oving Jubilee hall at about 1.00 for an hour, there is a big carpark, toilets, grass to have your picnic on, a hall just in case its raining (hopefully not ) and i will be providing tea, coffee and soft drinks for FREE (well kind of) However i would ask if people could donate £1 per car to cover the cost of the hire of the hall
After lunch the run will take us though Petworth, Aurndel (past the Cathedral and Castle), Bognor sea front and finish at the Goodwood Motor Circuit. Arundel and Bognor should be packed with tourist to wave to if its good weather We should be at the circuit about 3.30pm, so you'll have plenty of time to have a look around and have chat before all going home (then i can rest till the same time next year )

ooooh that sounds like fun - put me down as a possible (it's Mr K's birthday weekend so I might not be able to make it, but on the otherhand it could be his B'day present could be for me to let him drive - !)

Just one thing though, I would suggest you enter the run into the events calendar. We don't want anybody hi-jacking the date do we?

Ooo sounds like fun, there's some nice roads in the downs - my old stomping ground (used to live in Bognor - don't laugh!!!)

But why the same weekend as the amazing Cullen Ice Cream run?
