Lake District Run 12/13th June - pics now up

I hope some of you can come on my Lakes Tour this month. 11-14th June
There is a charge for this run but that all goes on the event - marquee for briefings etc, stickers, trophies.
You can come for the whole weekend or just 1 day.
We have hired a field at a top camp site (our field has toilets & wash facilities) the main site has hot shower blocks (clean) a shop, takeaway, cafe, bar, nightclub.
There are B&B's if you don't wish to camp.
Friday - for early arrivals - pub crawl round the 3 village pubs
Saturday Morning- Ferry raid - we fill the Windemere ferry with Minis (we hold the world record for cars squeezed on)
Saturday Afternoon - Treasure hunt - you are sent to a secret location where clues must be solved then return on a spectacular route with watersplashes
Saturday Evening - Party time
Sunday - Early briefing then off on the scenic tour over the steepest mountain passes & finest roads. Back to site for prize giving before either heading home or staying on one more night.

The roads are fantastic, the event has been running for 14 years, come and join us

Price for entry to the weekend is £10 per car
Camping is £12 per tent per night

We now have the option of a rolling road shootout at Minimaster up the road from the site
