Offline | Hi...I'd be grateful if someone could tell me if there is a Mini2 club in Northern Ireland, or anywhere on the Island for that matter. If not, how could I get one started? Really enjoyed reading about all the events planned by the various groups on the site. Many thanks |

Offline | Hi Aiden...I agree they are few and far between in the Island as a whole - I attended a course in Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan and saw only 1 mini-cooper from Killyleagh, Co. Down all the way to Castleblayney and that sighting was in the North. However in Portstewart over Easter just about every Cooper in the North came out to pose, especially on the promenade, and I spotted a few Southern licence plates too. Hopefully some of these owners will log onto this site soon. See ya! Amy S. |

| Nice TTs......... | Amy, Ive seen 1 other MINI in Bundoran, one in Sligo, I know a few have been sold in Letterkenny, but ito what part of the county, or country I dont know.... Should be a few in the Bundoran / Rossnowlagh area over the Summer when the season gets going, so maybe I might be able to spread the word in here and get something rolling... Seems like its up to us to get something going !! We can fight over who will be our local chapter President !! I bags Treasurer, I love money !!![]() ![]() Global Moderator |

Offline | Hi....good idea, but where to start, that's the question? Will put thinking cap on and get back. Every morning on the way to work I meet this little blue and white cooper coming from the opposite direction. We are usually slowing down at the lights and the driver and I flick our lights and wave, with of course silly grins to match. We've never spoken, but I am almost tempted to roll down the window and yell 'log onto mini2.co.uk'. That would give us 3 members, which if my mathematics serves me correctly, is better than 2. Advise if you think this is too silly to contemplate. AmyS |

Offline | Re: Mini Club in Northern Ireland Hi Cheesy and Aiden We have made allocations for a Northern Ireland region and did ask BelfastCooper if he would like to be a regional co-ordinator. Unfortunately his work load and committment are too great for him to spare enough time to help with the club and therefore we have been waiting for a few more of you over there to pop up on the site We would dearly love for you two to become our regional co-ordinators over there! We thought that we would offer Regional Co-ordinator to Aiden as they have been on the site longer and have Cheesy as the Deputy Co-ordinator, what do you both think?!?!?!? Of course you can always swap your roles if you both feel that you would prefer to do this! Please let us know if you are happy with your positions so that we can sort out an official ClubMINI2.com e-mail address for the Regional Co-ordinator. As soon as we know your preferred positions we will tell you all about your roles within the club via e-mail. In the mean time, if you both want to pop to the "Help ClubMINI2" thread, you will find a downloadable flyer to print and place on any MINI windscreens that you see to try and encourage more members to join your region! We are really sorry for the delay in getting back to you both, please e-mail us an answer to the above and we will get you started up over there as soon as possible Hopefully (fingers crossed) welcome both of you to ClubMINI2!!!!!Once again, thanx for your patience, The Dodgers xx |

Offline | Mr. Cooper's problem with middle aged aunties Disagree - For me part of the fun is seeing all the different age groups driving the new mini, and wondering what their different reasons might have been for buying one. Amy S. |
