wicked! just stumbled across this post, ive not had no flyer about a Donny meet! How can i get one and get put onto this register etc? i didnt buy my mini new so thats maybe why i havent recieved anything but my mums mini she wrote off was bought brand new from wheatley hall and we havent had anything yet, please let us know. cheers guys!

I am a Donny lad in exile unfortunately, Bedworth in Warwickshire is where I live for much of the year, but I am often in Doncaster to see my Dad and to watch the mighty Rovers whenever possible.

I might be interested in meets, but it'll depend on when really... As it stands I'm off work for the second and third week in August and I'll be in Donny for at least some of that time. Coming up on Sunday 1st and going back home again (90 miles each way) could be a bit much. Any chance of a postponement until the second or third Sunday in August?

My first MINI came from Wheatley Hall, BTW. A right bag of sh*te it was too (although that wasn't Wheatley Hall's fault!)!

Hi Nick and everyone

I didnt know you had already started a thread about the Register.

1st Meet and run was not bad. 20ish car turnout at start - will grow as club will do. Jason has already got ideas of future runs and meets. I will place some details on the lead post of the Yorkshire Thread :-

Just in case you have not been on yet.

If there is enough interest I will start an official Club thread. There is already the possibility that there may be an oficial club website too.

BTW If anyone wants to join the register there is a £10 annual charge and either Nick or myself can P.M you with details (ask and you will receive). The only stipulation at the moment is that you must be in the Doncaster area.
