I'd like to propose the First Annual "MINI MONDAY in MAY" at least for my hometown, Chicago. It would be held the second or third MONDAY this MAY starting this year (2002).

In Chicago, both classic Minis and new MINIs would MEET at a starting off point. Then, one MINUTE before MIDDAY (noon), we'd set off in line, driving east on MONROE then north on MICHIGAN Avenue, arriving at a restaurant for MUNCHIES (lunch), surprising the office workers on their lunch breaks all along the way. (In other cities, MAIN Street would be the obvious choice.) If well organized, every 5th or 6th car could be playing MONDAY-themed MUSIC, such as "MANIC MONDAY" and "MONDAY, MONDAY."

MINI2 members yet without Minis or MINIs could ride along, of course.
