Offline | Badminton (Gloucester) Sat 4 May Guys, If you're looking for an excuse to go for a drive'n'meet with something different to do as a distraction.... Next Saturday - Bank hol. w/e, there's the Badminton International Horse Trials (Thursday 2nd -> Sunday 5th). Cross-Country day is the best day, and if you do Triv. Pursuit, you'll know it's the highest crowd-capacity sporting event in the U.K. There's masses of parking, and I think it's the only day that the grounds of Badminton House are open to the public. I'll be there from about 0700HRS, but will be difficult to find as I'll be running about with my cameras. Great roads round there too - It's usually easier to sneak in round the back via Cirencester... If you come straight off the M4, you'll sit in a Wembley style traffic-jam. Bring yer wellies and a smelly spaniel www.badminton-horse.co.uk |
